returns and refund
We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive, but we understand that there can be circumstances under which you may want to return an item. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your product, you will have 15 calendar days to return your product from the day you received it. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and proof of purchase enclosed.
In any case, please contact us before sending back the item.
If you would like to return an item purchased on our website or over the phone, please complete the Return Form that was included in your order, enclose it with the item(s) and post back to:

We can collect any unwanted items from Europe, free of charge. To organise this return, please contact our customer care team on +44(0)79 31 58 83 06.
If you have lost or misplaced your return form, you can print a copy here.
Once we receive your returned product we will inspect it and see if it meets our returns policy. If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You should then receive your return payment within a few days (this depends on your card issuer's policy).
